Expertform reserves the right to terminate any ExpertForm membership at any time.

You agree to ensure that the registration details that you enter to become an ExpertForm member are true and accurate at all times. You must promptly notify us of any change to your registration details as originally supplied.

Upon registration as an ExpertForm member, you will be provided with a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, and for any access to or use of the ExpertForm web site and any services available from it, using your password.
You agree to pay for our services in the manner specified on the ExpertForm web site.

Subscription to Information Services

You may offer to subscribe to information services available from the ExpertForm web site at the prices specified. In order to do so you must become an ExpertForm member. Subscription to the ExpertForm information services is only available to persons who are 18 years of age or older.

Your order must contain your name, e-mail address, credit card details, and any other ordering information that we specify. Within 5 days of receiving your order, we will at our discretion accept or reject your subscription offer. You may not cancel or change your order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending. We are not obliged to give reasons for rejecting your offer.

The subscription period for any information services available from the ExpertForm web site is as set out on the ExpertForm web site. At the end of that subscription period or any extension period, the subscription period will automatically renew for further successive extension periods (each being for the same period as the initial subscription period), unless you give us at least one month’s written notice of your intention to discontinue your subscription. Any renewal of your subscription will also be governed by these Terms and Conditions.

Payment must be made in the manner described in the ExpertForm web site. Prices are inclusive of Australian Goods and Services Tax.

We will provide you with tax invoices for your subscription fees by e-mail or directly from the ExpertForm web site. Subscription fees are payable in advance by credit card, and are not refundable. Subscription fees will be paid automatically from your credit card. On receipt of the subscription fees we will give you access to the information service you have subscribed to, during the period to which your payment relates. If you are late in paying your subscription fees for any reason, then without limiting our rights, we may immediately suspend your access to the information service and the ExpertForm web site, until all arrears are paid.

Information Service

All information on the ExpertForm web site or in the ExpertForm subscription services is provided in good faith. You accept that any information provided by us is general information, and is not in the nature of advice. We derive our information from sources that we believe to be accurate and up to date as at the date of publication. However we reserve the right to update or change this information at any time without notice to you.
